1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AdTrafficYield ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our traffic and revenue-sharing advertising platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, purchasing investment packs, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Platform Description

AdTrafficYield is a traffic and revenue-sharing advertising platform that provides users with opportunities to:

• Purchase Investment Packs: Users can purchase investment packs (Minor Investor at $5 or Major Investor at $25) that generate daily earnings over a 39-day period.
• Earn Through Ad Viewing: Users can view advertisements daily to earn additional income ($0.01 per ad viewed, up to 10 ads per day).
• Participate in Referral Program: Users can earn referral commissions by inviting others to join the platform.
• Advertise Websites: Users receive advertising credits with pack purchases that can be used to advertise their own websites.
• Access Trading Strategies: Educational resources about trading strategies and investment approaches.

3. Account Registration and Requirements

3.1 Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Log out from your account at the end of each session

3.3 Account Restrictions

Each user is permitted to maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or attempting to circumvent platform restrictions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Investment Packs and Earnings

4.1 Pack Types

We currently offer two types of investment packs:

• Minor Investor Pack: $5 purchase price with a total return percentage of 125% to 127% (approximately $6.25 to $6.35 total return).
• Major Investor Pack: $25 purchase price with a total return percentage of 131% to 135% (approximately $32.75 to $33.75 total return).

4.2 Earnings Distribution

Earnings from investment packs are distributed daily over a 39-day period. The daily earnings percentage varies within a specified range and is calculated based on the pack purchase price. Earnings are automatically credited to your Earnings Balance each day.

4.3 Return Percentages

The return percentages (125-127% for Minor packs, 131-135% for Major packs) represent the total return over the 39-day earnings period. Actual daily earnings may vary within the specified ranges, and the final total return will fall within the stated percentage range.

4.4 Pack Completion

Once a pack reaches its maximum return cap or completes the 39-day earnings period, it will be marked as "completed" and will no longer generate daily earnings. You may purchase additional packs at any time, subject to available funds.

4.5 No Guarantees

5. Ad Viewing (Surf Ads)

5.1 Daily Ad Viewing

Users can view up to 10 advertisements per day. Each ad view earns $0.01, providing an opportunity to earn up to $0.10 per day through ad viewing activities.

5.2 Ad Viewing Requirements

To earn from ad viewing:

• You must view each advertisement for the required duration
• You must complete all 10 ads to maximize your daily earnings
• Ad viewing earnings reset daily at 00:00 server time
• Earnings from ad viewing are automatically added to your Earnings Balance

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to view ads
• Attempting to bypass ad viewing requirements
• Manipulating the ad viewing system in any way
• Sharing ad viewing links or attempting to game the system

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Referral Program

6.1 Referral Commissions

Users can earn referral commissions by inviting others to join the platform. When a referred user makes their first pack purchase, the referrer receives a commission based on our current referral structure.

6.2 Referral Requirements

• Referrals must register using your unique referral link or code
• Commissions are typically paid when the referred user makes their first investment pack purchase
• Referral commissions are subject to our current commission structure, which may be updated from time to time
• Self-referrals or fraudulent referral activities are strictly prohibited

6.3 Referral Restrictions

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to generate self-referrals
• Use deceptive practices to obtain referrals
• Spam or harass others to join through your referral link
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in promoting the platform

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

Users can deposit funds into their account balance using various payment methods provided by the Platform. Deposits are typically processed according to the payment provider's processing times. All deposits are subject to verification and may be held pending review.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals can only be made from your Account Balance (not from Earnings Balance until transferred)
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by our team
• Processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply
• Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before processing

7.3 Withdrawal Processing

We reserve the right to:

• Request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals
• Hold withdrawals for security review if suspicious activity is detected
• Refuse or delay withdrawals if account terms are violated
• Deduct any applicable fees from withdrawal amounts

7.4 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods may include cryptocurrency, e-wallets, and other payment processors. Available methods are subject to change, and we reserve the right to add or remove payment options at any time.

8. Advertising Credits

8.1 Credit Allocation

When you purchase an investment pack, you receive advertising credits (visits) that can be used to advertise your website on our platform:

• Minor Investor Pack: 1,500 advertising credits
• Major Investor Pack: 10,000 advertising credits

8.2 Credit Usage

Advertising credits can be used to:

• Submit your website URL for advertising
• Receive traffic from other users viewing ads
• Promote your website or online business

8.3 Advertising Guidelines

All advertised websites must comply with our content policies:

• No illegal content, adult content, or prohibited material
• No deceptive or fraudulent websites
• No websites that violate intellectual property rights
• No websites that harm, harass, or defame others

We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that violates these guidelines.

9. User Responsibilities and Conduct

9.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to manipulate the Platform
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activities

9.2 Account Activity

You are solely responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring the accuracy of information provided to the Platform
• Complying with all applicable tax obligations related to your earnings

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Fraudulent Activities: Any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or maintaining multiple accounts
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Market Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate platform statistics or earnings
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to hack, breach, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Spam and Harassment: Spamming other users or engaging in harassment
• Violation of Laws: Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws

11. Platform Limitations and Disclaimers

11.1 No Investment Advice

The Platform does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice. All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only. You should conduct your own research and consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

11.2 Market Risks

Investment activities involve inherent risks. The value of returns may fluctuate, and there is no guarantee that you will receive the stated returns. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

11.3 Platform Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or system failures
• Force majeure events
• Security concerns

11.4 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to:

• Investment pack types, prices, or return percentages
• Earnings distribution methods or schedules
• Platform features and functionality
• Payment methods or processing times

12. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code, are owned by AdTrafficYield or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement security measures to protect your personal and financial information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:

• Email notifications to registered users
• Platform announcements or news updates
• Updated "Last Updated" date on this page

Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

15. Account Termination

15.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination:

• You will lose access to your account and all Platform services
• Active investment packs will continue to generate earnings until completion
• Pending withdrawals will be processed according to our withdrawal policies
• Any remaining account balance may be withdrawn subject to our withdrawal terms

15.2 Termination by Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or any Platform policies
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You provide false or misleading information
• We suspect unauthorized or suspicious account activity
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. We may, at our discretion, process legitimate withdrawal requests, but we are not obligated to do so if termination is due to Terms violation.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for losses due to market conditions, technical failures, or third-party actions

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdTrafficYield, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform

18. Dispute Resolution

18.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18.2 Dispute Process

If you have a dispute with the Platform:

• First, contact our support team to attempt to resolve the issue
• We will make good faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably
• If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or court proceedings as required by applicable law

19. Miscellaneous Provisions

19.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AdTrafficYield regarding your use of the Platform.

19.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

19.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction.
